Booking terms
ParadiseTravel acts as an intermediary between travellers and independent island suppliers. The rate plan you select governs cancellation and prepayment rules, and those terms are shown before you confirm. Prices are contracted in Mauritian rupees; other currencies are shown for guidance using current exchange rates.
Cancellations and changes
Refundable rates can be cancelled free of charge up to the stated deadline. Non-refundable rates are not refunded once confirmed. Change requests are passed to the supplier and are subject to availability.
Supplier agreement
Suppliers must hold valid local licences, keep availability accurate and honour published rates. Commission is charged on completed stays and settled on the agreed payout schedule.
Privacy
We collect only the details needed to process your booking: your name, contact details, traveller information and booking history. Booking data is shared with the supplier fulfilling your reservation. You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time.
